Refunds will be processed within 7-12 business days.
We kindly ask for your understanding that taste preferences are subjective, and refunds cannot be provided based on personal taste preferences. Considering the perishable nature of chai, we are unable to accept returns for hygiene reasons. However, if you encounter a spoiled or damaged product upon delivery, please provide us with a photograph of the damage and we will gladly replace it for you within 7 days of delivery.
