What is the return policy?
Return Policy
All sales are final keeping in mind the nature of our products. We will replace or refund products if they are damaged during shipment. We request a photograph of the damage as proof and should be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

At this time, we only ship to the U.S.
How much is shipping?
- Shipping rates depend on the chosen carrier, and your location.
- Shipping is free on orders over $50.
When will my order arrive?
We typically process orders within 3-5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Your order should arrive within 3-7 business days.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major
credit card providers generally take 7-12 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

How should I store the Chai Concentrate?
Once opened, the Chai Concentrate should be refrigerated
What is the shelf life of the Chai Concentrate?
Our Chai Concentrate has a two year shelf life from the date of production and should be stored at room temperature. Upon opening, the Concentrate should be refrigerated and consumed within 14 days.

Can I edit order information after I've placed it?
You can edit your order information as long as it has not been processed and not left the warehouse. If your order is already on the way, please contact info@torachai.com for assistance.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order as long as the shipping label has not been printed. In the event that the your order has already left our warehouse, you may request a refund by following the procedures as per our refund policy.
How do I check the order status?
- Please log into your account, once logged in, you will see your orders as well as the shipping information for any shipped orders. For orders that have shipped, you can click on the tracking number provided to see the shipment updates.
- We also send order confirmation, order updates and shipping confirmation emails to you at the email provided on the order for every order placed. Sometimes, these emails may go to your spam folder so please check there for updates as well.
