Banana Chai Smoothie

A fruity delight with a burst of warm spices, this banana Chai smoothie is the perfect treat when you’re looking for a quick and healthy drink.

(Makes 2 servings)


  • 1 teaspoon Tora Chai Classic Masala
  • 1 - 1 ½ cups of almond or oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons of any nut butter
  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds or chia seeds (optional)
  • Maple syrup (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add more milk as needed.
  2. Drink immediately.


  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat milk.
  • For a creamier texture, add an extra tablespoon of nut butter.
  • For a sweeter flavor, add a drizzle of maple syrup.
